Potens Cyber Solutions 14-Day Return Policy
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return products bought from Potens Cloud. This period ends 14 days after you have received or collected the goods.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted if the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for all returns.
Non-returnable Items: Items that cannot be returned include gift cards, downloadable software products, and items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
Return Process:
1. Initiate a return by contacting our customer support at support@potenslte.com.
2. After we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.
3. Securely package the item, ensuring all original packaging and accessories are included.
4. Include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
5. Send the item back following the provided instructions. We suggest using a traceable shipping method.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact our customer service.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact support@potenslte.com.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
